The Black Fork unit includes all drainages of the north slopes of the Uinta Mountains east of the Haydens Fork road on the west to and including the drainages of Beaver Creek on the east. The San Juan unit includes what are commonly known as the Blue Mountain-El- k Ridge areas in the southeastern comer of the state.
