Wal, suh, she said, on this particular day there was a big Republican parade going on. Ah was leaning out mah winder when this guy sneaks up, slams the winder down on mah neck and robs me! One had Just won the purple ribbon for Winners Bitch and two points toward her championship. The answer Sunday was Carvers Country Caper". But the real answer as far as the Carvers are concerned Is: Both of them! The Oscar Carvers showed both of their winning cockers together for the first time since last March. At that time Carvers Country Charm was the winner, but this time Caper was. They look so much alike the Carvers have to check very carefully to be sure they are taking the right one into the ring. They also present quite S problem to the judges. This time the Judge was Mrs. Beatrice Godsol of Woodland Hills, California, one of the nations best known and favored judges. She took time out from her busy schedule to tell Mrs. Carver many nice things about both Caper and Charm. Caper was shown in the American Gred Class and Charm in the Open Class. Both won their classes and then they competed with the winners of the other classes for Winners Bitch. Caper winning it and Charm winning Reserve.
