Show THE Page Six NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the hereinafter named land owners have filed a petition with the Price River Water Conservation District, a body corporate and politic of the State of Utah, with its principal place of business and office at Room 2, Municipal Building, Price, Utah, praying for the inclusion of the respective tracts of land owned by said petitioners hereinafter described within said Price River Water Conservation District and to allot water from said water district to said lands to irrigate the same. Said petition will be heard by the Prive River Water Conservation District on Tuesday, September 6, 1955, at 8 oclock p.m. in Room 2, of the Municipal Building, at Price, Utah, which is the time and place of the regular monthly meeting of said district board and all persons interested are hereby notified to appear at said time and place and show cause, if any, that they have, in writing, why said petition should not be granted.
