Show I THE Ten Page Wellington Second Ward to Hear Seminary Students of the Carbon and Members North Carbon stake seminary, der the direction of Director un- A. Dean Wengreen, will present the complete program in the Wellington Second ward sacramental meeting, beginning at 7 :30 p.m. next Sunday evening, March 21, according to an announcement made this week by the ward bishopric. Music for this program will be furnished by the seminary choir, and all speakers and special numbers will be from the rolls of seminary students. Last Sunday evening four Wel- lington seminary students traveled to other wards to speak in connection with homo missionaries. Miss Gayle Davis of the First ward spoke in the Second ward on the subject of The Origin of the Pearl of Great Price. Miss Anna Lou Jorgensen of the First ward spoke in the Helper ward on The Fourth Article of Faith. Miss Members of Mrs. Irene Burnetts Sunday school class from the First ward enjoyed a roller skating party at Cleveland last Friday evening. After returning home the young people gathered at the home of Miss Wilma Mead for games and refreshments. Lieutenant and Mrs. Theo Golding and their children of Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, stopped in Wellington on Friday evening en route to California. Lieutenant Golding is taking his wife and family to California where they will stay a few months with her folks before Joining Lieutenant Golding in Germany where he is being sent on army duty. They plan to be in Europe for three years. The Goldings are former residents of Wellington. While here they visited with Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Golding and Mr. and Mrs. LaVoll Golding. On Saturday all of the Golding families went to Provo where they had a family reunion. All of the children and grandchildren of Mr. and Mrs. M. Q. Golding, parents of Theo, gathered at the home of Mrs. Delma Johnson, a sister, for to bid a delightful farewell for a time to the travelers. Mrs. Don Allred returned home from the Price hospital on Tuesday with her new daughter, Julie Kay. Mrs. Allred is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Christensen. Her husband is now serving with the army in Korea. Phyllis Garlick, Carma Bunder-so- n and Carlyn Hanson were home last week end from Salt Lake City for a visit with their parents. Upon their return to the capital they were accompanied by Miss Jean Burnett who plans to attend the LDS Business College there. This years celebration is keyed to the theme, "Lets Be Different Together. The objective is to have Camp Fire Girls learn more about foreign lands, their people, their customs, and culture, etc., so as to create a better understanding of how other people live. As for the state of Utah, the Camp Fire Girl movement is not too active with the only active groups located in Carbon county, o two groups in Price, one at and one at Dragerton. The group sponsored by the Notre Dame Catholic church here staged a dinner last night in observance of the anniversary and the Methodist group will have a dinner Saturday night in honor of Camp Fire Girl Sun-nysid- church-sponsor- ed Eloise Woodhead, Olive Hughes and Frankie Harris. Prizes were won by Mrs. Hughes and Mrs. Harris. Mrs. Ben Fitzgerald attended bridge club which was held at the home of Mrs. Ruby Willis last Friday night at Helper.
