Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Petersen spent the week end In Salt Lake City visiting his parents, (Mr. and Mrs. James Petersen. Mr, and Mrs. Salvadore Bruno are visiting his '(parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Bruno. Salvador is home on furlough and when his leave is over he will go to Alaska where he will be stationed for 18 months. Mrs. Janet Plaga and daughter and her sister, Sharon Miller, are leaving this week for Colorado, where Janets husband, Ray, is stationed. Mrs. Plaga will reside there and Sharon is going to stay with her for two weeks before returning home. When they left Sunday they took Ronnie home with them for a two week vacation with his grandparents and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Gibbons and family from Green River spent Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Wharff. Saturday evening the Gibbons family and the Wharffs went to Price to attend the wedding of Carlyle Gibbons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gibbons and a nephew of the Wharffs. Carlyle married Miss Eileen Potts of Price. Mrs. Wharff attended to the gift table at the reception held that evening. Mr. Gibbons is a brother to Mrs. Wharff. 'Mr. and Mrs. Gethan Davis and Patsy and Michael from Salt Lake City were Sunday visitors at the home of his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Davis, and his cousin home, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E. Davis and family. Mr. and .Mrs. David Colton and sons from Salt Lake City were week end visitors here at the Simms home and with Mrs. Colton's sister, Mr. and Mrs. George Haslam and children. Mrs. George A. Rowley and sons, Roland and Roger motored to Salt Lake City Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Jacobs from Los Angelas stopped Sunday to visit at the J. W. Binch home. Mrs. Jacobs is Mrs. Binchs niece and it wasa very welcome visit from the couple as it was (the first time they had seen her in four years.
