O Garden (Continued Missing In Action From Korean Front Word has been received by Mr. Mrs. Sam Marrelli of Helper that their son, Private First Class Joseph Marrelli, 21, is listed as missing in action on the Korean fighting front. According to the word leceived, he has been missing since December 6. Private First Class Marrelli enlisted in the army December 17, 1947. He had attended the Helper junior high school previous to his enlistment, lie was stationed at Fort Ord, California, before going overseas in August, 1948, and was in Japan when the Korean war broke out. The young soldier has four sisters, Mrs. Mary Colistro, Phila and Club Grant Stevenson spent the day in Price getting recaps on the tires of the company truck he drives. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Tratos entertained a Sunday dinner for Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bowen and family and Mr. and Mrs. N. L. Roberts. Mrs. Lebron Dial, who has been going on crutches for a long time due to a broken leg, is reported as much improved and able to lay the crutches aside. Mr. Chester Anderson, who has been in the local hospital for some time is able to be up and about again. A letter from Mr. and Mrs. Bill Breedlove who are now in Ohio, sends their greetings to their many friends in East Carbon. The Missionary Community group enjoyed a letter and fam ily picture of the Rev. Harvey Bosse family, who are in the Ur ban Thailand, missionfield. The Bosses were at the church in Hiawatha a few years ago, and made many lasting friends in this area. They now have two daughters, one of them arriving since leaving here. Also a letter from Mrs. Joyce Master, to the group was greatly enjoyed, she sent her greetings to her many friends in East Carbon. She now lives in Colorado. A r Deep sea fishing and just plain relaxing under the southern California sun are some of the strenuous chores which face Dave Gill-ma- n, manager of the Crown theatre, who left this week for a vacation to his home territory. While Mr. Gillman is away, his duties here are being handled by Dick Koenig, Boulder, Colorado, theatre manager. Before returning to Price about March 1, Mr. Gillman will visit his son, Sid Gillman, who is the head football coach at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. "When I return to Price, Mr. Gillman said, 1 hope to be rested up and then I will pitch into my work and continue to bring to local theatre patrons the best motion picture entertainment possible. and Mrs. Richard Diamond.
