EDNA DAVIS BAIN Funeral services are being conducted this afternoon at 2 00 p m. for Mrs. Edna Davis Bain, 56, Helper, who died Sunday at 11 00 p m. at her residence following a stroke. The services are being conducted in the Salt Lake City Masonic temple under the direction of Mizpah chapter, Order of Eastern Star, and Rev. George J Weber, minister, First Congregational church. A daughter of Mr. and Mrs Charles Davis, she was born December 30, 1893, in Oregon City Oregon. She was married to John Bain March 27, 1910, in Grand Junction, Colorado. Mrs. Bain was well known in Salt Lake City, where she and her husband resided until moving to Helper a short time ago, when Mr. Bain acquired ownership of a hotel. He had retired as an engineer for Denver and Rio Grande Western railroad company.
