One of the alarming developments that come to many of us as we get older is the apparent loss of our mental alertness. Is this just something that happens to everyone as they get older? Can we expect to develop senility just because we reach age 70, 80, or 90? All of the studies and research I read say that the answer is NO. important as being loved. 2.
