Beat in eggs, raisins, orange rind and allspice. Vigorously stir in flour, 1 cup at a time, until a smooth, moist dough forms. Cover. Chill 1 12 to 2 hours. Place chilled dough on lightly floured surface. Shape (do not knead) into round loaves with greased hands and place in prepared casseroles. Cover.
