The estimated cost to be paid by the property owners for the new bituminous street in District No. 2 is $1,716.00, this being approximately $2.00 per front foot for all abutting property. Shoulder paving will be added expense to the property owners who are desirous of adding paving In front of their property. Shoulder cost will be approximately 16? per square foot. B. This tax Is levied to defray the cost of construction of a road mixed bituminous surface 24 feet wide and 2 inches thick on the centerline of the street within the districts and the placement of shoulder paving in front of the residences as listed herein. Along with all other things necessary to do and fully complete all of said work abutting all the property. herein after described to be expressly benefited thereby to the full amount of the tax hereby levied assessed according to the front or lenear foot frontage or square yardage, upon and against all lots, blocks, and parcels of land to be benefited and affected by said Improvement fronting and abutting thereto.
