The occasion for tLeir visit was to see their grandson, Lane who just returned from Florida L.D.S. serving a mission. Michel Colby is completing a course on Highway Engineer Training at Southern Utah State University in Cedar City this week. Alma Duke of Heber City spent -- last week visiting at the home of his daughter and her family, Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Johnson. Mrs. Georgianna Johnson has returned home after spending two weeks visiting at the home of her daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Morris in Murray. Jeffery Johnson of Salt Lake City visited over the weekend at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Johnson. We make these things on our own time after school. There is going to be a science fair in Richfield in about three weeks. We are building things to take over there and some of the girls are building things too. Mr. Jolley furnishes most of the stuff we need to build such as wire, switches and other kinds of material. There is about ten things here at school now. We have worked on science for five weeks or more. Shannon Heaps Things We Do In School We come to school at nine oclock. We have a study period for 15 minutes. Some of us go to band. The band students come in the room at 9:15. The bell rings and we go to math. We have math for 40 minutes. Then we come back in our home room and have science for 45 minutes. At 10:30 we have recess. When we come in we have English. After English we have singing. Then we go to lunch. In the afternoon we make book reports and read. Then we have spelling and reading. We go out for recess and the remainder of the day we have social studies. That is the end of a busy day at school.
