Our own evening service will not be held this week due to the baccalau- reate service at Community Presbyterian church at 7:30. Childrens church is held during the morning worship for children of kindergarten age and through fifth grade. There is also a nursery for the little ones. Six girls from Michigan will comprise our summer workshop team, beginning June 18. Our Vacation Bible school will be held from July 6 to July 15. Keep these dates in mind. Jana Ruth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Stokes, along with Wasserman played the First Movement of Haydn Concerto in D. Major for two piano's, afterwhich the Professor played The Chopan Waltz in C Sharp Minor. Special guests in addition to Wassermann and his wife of Logan were Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Stokes and Mrs. Newel Nish of Plymouth, Miss Margaret Woodsides of Ogden, Mrs. David Rich, Mrs. Carter Rich, Julie and Kathy Rich of Tremonton. Deanne is currently serving at Relief Society president in the LDS Fifth branch at Weber State and is chairman of the leadership and hospitality committees on the campus. She had served a year as of the Nehe-miah- Student Saint (LDSSA) Latter-da- y association and has chaired the arts and crafts and special events committees and the 1976 Miss Weber State pageant. She was and panied by her daughter Mr. and Mrs. Bob Montgomery and three daughters Mindi, Marni and Merissa of Brigham City. At Lake Powell they joined Mrs. Secrists brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Lester Eddington of Park City and Mr. and Mrs. Dawson Snyder of Pugit Sound, Wash. Mrs. Secrist accompanied Mr. and Ms. Snyder back to Utah and they remained as the overnight guests. Mrs. Secrist reports having had a delightful time. Wednesday evening Mrs. Newel Nish, Mrs. Joseph Stokes and daughter Jana Ruth attended a concert presented by Professor Irving Wassermann at the fine arts center on the Utah State university campus in Logan. Dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Pierson and family Sunday were Dr. and Mrs. Blaine Pierson and family of Kaysville, Mr. and Mrs. Orvin Pierson and family of Fielding, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Evans and family of Ketchum, Idaho. Afternoon visitors at the Pierson home were Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Taylor and family of Yost and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Woodruff and family of Bountiful. In the evening they all attended a testimonial in the Belmont ward chapel honoring Edler Russell Pierson prior to his leaving to fulfill an LDS mission in England. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Estep Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Hoskins and four children of Pocatello and Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Hoskins of Malad.
