Show I BOX ELDER JOURNAL, Brigham City, Utah Thursday, February 10, 1977 9 - - " - "a- W -' LOEKMM Buzzing Bear River That time of Vo. year: taxes by Karen Christensen Now that we are all concerned with the water shortage and the fuel shortage there is one more thing on the horizon that is meant to get us concerned . our . taxes. Yes, it is that time of year again. . .especially for the farmers. It sure seems like a lot of work to me to prepare those annual statements, but I guess those tax men know what they are doing. Anyway it is one more thing to accomplish and one more thing to concern ourselves with. I wonder why this has to come at this time every year: Do you think it was planned to have the affect that it does on us? Oh, well, I guess we all learn to live with such things in our life, dont we? Well just have to grin and bear it. I guess there are alot worse things that could happen to us right now , . .right? Busy Day Sunday was a busy day in church.
