Surviving are his widow of Tremonton; one son and two daughtrs, Larry Bert Price, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Kenneth (Barbara) Bronson, Elwood; Mrs. Dennis (Pegi) Adams, Ogden eight grandchildren and eight Also surviving are four brothers and one sister, George W. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Tremonton 2nd ward chapel. Burial was in the Riverview cemetery in Tremonton. Monday, July 28, 1975, in the Cooley hospital of heart failure. He was born Sept. 11, 1935, in Brigham City, a son of Robert J. and Lilie Knudsen McCabe. He married Diane Gibbs on Aug. 27, 1955, in Brigham City. He graduated from Box Elder High school. He was vice president of Smith Management corporation. He was born June 20, 1907 in Brigham City, a son of C.O. and Clara Larsen Christensen. He worked for the Brigham City fruit Growers association and Parry Jensen for a number of years. Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation we feel toward those who, by their kindness and generous assistance, helped lighten our burden of sorrow at the time of the death of our beloved husband, Allan father and Wright.
