Bids will be received for either Schedule No. I or Schedule No. II or a combination of both. Minimum wage requirements shall apply to Schedule II only. 2. All bids must be made on the blank form of proposal attached hereto. 3. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond payable to the Owner for five percent of the total amount of the bid. As soon as the bid prices have been compared, the Owner will return the check or bond of all the three lowest except responsible bidders. When the contract is awarded, the checks or bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. The check or bond of the successful bidder will be retained until the contract and surety bond have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. 1. 4. This construction schedule shall start with the proposed date of signing the contract, and the completion date shall be the date specified in the contract. 14.
