The new number is delicious dinner. Visits Parents While Roy Yonce was putting the new line together, Kelton spent Christmas Eve at the traditional family gathering in Tremonton. The whole family enjoyed a tasty home-growham dinner with all the fixings. Christmas day was spent with husbands parents in Morgan. yours truly, Marie Kachline, gathered this weeks news. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Carter of Park Valley spent five days during the Christmas holidays and visited each of their six children. Christmas was spent with their youngest daughter, Emma Louise and husband Joe Davis and their family of Samaria, Idaho. The next day they went to Lava, Hot Springs and enjoyed a good swim. The rest of the time was spent visiting the families in Ogden and Salt Lake City consisting of the Delbert Hershey family, the Grant Heaton family, the Lael Carter family, the Dr. Hamer Reiser family and the Kay Carter family. Enjoy Grandchildren Besides enjoying their 26 grandchildren, they listened to a surprise tape of their grandsons who are on missions in South America. They also learned that their oldest grandson, Clinton Carter, who is studying to be a Doctor at the University of Utah, was called to Washington, D.C. to be interviewed about the Great Salt Lake project he did research on this past summer. They returned home on Tuesday just in time to travel through a bad snowstorm. New Years Eve Party The LDS ward had a terrific turnout for their New Year's Eve party. Games were played and Allen Kunzler won over the entire crowd playing musical chairs. A delicious chicken dinner was served with all the trimmings. Afterwards a delightful The Walt Disney movie, Legend of Lobo entertained everyone. Quiet Christmas On Monday, Gardner Udy visited the Max Kunzlers. After Christmas by having her whole family gathered around her table. The family consists of the Max Kunzler family, the Roy Kunzler family, the Cal Larson family, Royce Larson and friend Susan Brough, all of Park Valley, the Jim Rasmussen family of Tremonton, the Kenneth Yost family of Burley, the Kendal Yost family from Great Falls, Montana and the Dennis Ray family of Mesa, Arizona. All enjoyed the huge turkey dinner and all the fixings. The Harvey Carters had a quiet Christmas together. A dinner was enjoyed by guests the cRdren they sat down to a Earl and Mary Harding of n Full House Bishop and Mrs. Rex Pugsley enjoyed having all their children home Christmas day. Their children are the Virgil Pugsley family, the Bruce Pugsley family and David Pugsley and friend Susan Roberts from Tremonton. Their visiting minister at Cooley Memorial hospital for the week of Jan. 10 through Jan. 16, will be John Embery, pastor of First Baptist church. United Presbyterian Regular Morning Worship service at 10 a.m. with Dr. A. Walton Roth preaching. for the children. Music by the chancel choir under the leadership of Margaret Hutchison. Nursery service is available for the tiny tots. Youth Fellowship group will resume its meetings after the holidays on Sunday evening, 7:30 p.m. weekday church school at 3:45 p.m. with ages to sixth grade meeting at Gillespie hall. pre-scho- Seventh and eighth grades meet at Holy Cross Lutheran church. All children are welcome. Christian Reformed Senior high youth night at 7 p.m. tonight. Sundays schedule includes the following: Back to God radio hour on KBUH at 8:30 a.m. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. Worship services at 10:30 a.m. and .6:30 p.m. Childrens Bible classes meet regularly on Tuesdays at 3:45 p.m. All children of age three and through the sixth grade are welcome. A new organization called the Calvinette club will begin meetings next Monday at 6:30 p.m. The club is for girls from age 9 to 19. The club is patterned after Girl Scouts, but also includes Bible study. Ten girls are signed up. Perhaps there is room for two or three more. Holy Cross Lutheran Regular worship services on Sunday with be held at 9 a.m. with the Rev. Dale Johnson preaching. CMC weekday church school is held at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday and confirmation classes at 4 p.m. on Tuesday. Morning Bible study will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday. On Thursday evening, Jan. 13, at 7:30 p.m., installation of the Rev. Bill Klover will be held at Our Saviors Lutheran church, Salt Lake City. Following the installation, the Utah district meeting will be held with Dr. Carl Segerhammer, president of the Pacific Southwest Synod, as the main speaker. Friday evening, Jan. 14, at 7 Thursday morning. This is the fourth time this year that Mr. Hirschi had to go in. He has been a widower for about nine years. The chauffeur was Mr. Leland Stokes, a guest at the Found Horses On Wednesday, Jack Thompson of Logan brought eight snowmobiles down to the Max Kunzler ranch and from there drove up into Lynn to find Utah BOX ELDER JOURNAL, Brigham City, 1 1 Thursday, January 6, 1972 the Kunzler horses. The New Years weekend visitor' of the Bishop Pugsley family was Miss Kayleen Sunderland of Rupert, Idaho, who is attending Utah State University of Logan for her Masters degree. Couple Entertains Ed and Dianne Mott of Muddy Ranch entertained guests after the Santa Claus party last week. Their guests included Nolan and Connie Omen and their four children, also included were Earl and Mary Harding of Kelton. . On Tuesday evening, Dec. 21, the Motts gave a dinner for the Gary Rose family, Greg and Wendy Rose and and A1 Morgan family. On Monday, Dec. 27, they entertained the Yonce and Kachline families. All had a grand time listening to music provided on piano by Ed Mott and Marie Kachline. This year the Schwandt family of Park Valley had a special Christmas. This was their first white Christmas and the first time that the whole family was together in five years. Jim and Karen enjoyed a quiet but happy Christmas with their three children, James, Dennis and Heidi. Turkey Dinner Mrs. Elsie Kunzler enjoyed 2.17 all church council members will meet with the Rev.
