Annual BC Spring Cleanup B( Man Files Scheduled to Start April 8 For State Brigham City intends to launch an am-- i bitious spring cleanup campaign next week with three refuse collections scheduled this year, a spokesman said Wednesday. The first pickup will begin next Wednesday, April 8, with other collection drives planned between then and early summer. In past years, the city has made only one collection. Residents are asked to pile refuse on the streets in front of their homes but away from the curb for easy pickup. Acceptable matter includes grass, leaves, weeds, shrubbery prunings, etc., but not rocks or orchard trimmings.
