Drivers The report stated that the autos collided at 6:05 p.m. as the teenage driver was making a left turn and the other car a right turn onto Fifth South. Prison Sentence Levied; Two Draw Probation Donald R, Nichols, 25, of Montana Fork, Calif., Tuesday was sentenced to an undeterminate term in the Utah State prison when he appeared in First District court for violation of probation. Judge Lewis Jones ordered a stay of execution and remanded Nichols to custody of the Weber coun- ty sheriff to face charge. a check bad Two Plain City men, Dennis Hadley, 19, and Lee Folkman, 19, were sentenced to serve from one to ten years in prison for grand larceny. Judge Jones stayed and placed each on execution two-ye- Two Men Appear for In Court Drunk Driving Two persons were sentenced on drunk driving violations in city court this past week. They were: Ursel Knudson, 46, Deweyville, sentenced to pay $200 and serve 30 days in jail. Judge VeNoy ordered a stay of execution until March 27. Robert J. Coker, 47, Bear River City, fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days. The jail term was suspended when the fine was paid. In other recent court action, Fredrick L. Uhler, 19, of 753 Fair-vieforfeited $50 bail for facing. Lester C. Pebley, 28, of 628 North Fourth West, was ordered to pay a $50 fine or serve 25 days for driving on a revoked license.
