The board approved the revision of the policy concerning the rental of musical instruments belonging to the school district, to provide that students be charged a rental fee of $5 for musical Instruments costing less than $250. Approve Club Plan Weight reported that the Brigham City Kindergarten club wishes to sponsor a community birthday calendar, the proceeds of which they would like to present to the school district for the furnishing of the new room being planned for the exceptional child program. Weight told the board members that Maik Nichols of the State Department of Public Instruction advised that there will be an allocation of $700 to this district to be used towtird the purchases of equipment for the High school shops. The board voted that the allocation be equally divided between the two high schools as a credit toward the purchase of new equipment.
