D. Gunderson, local Civil Defense director. All radio and television stations will be off the air for a period of IS minutes beginning at 1:10 p. m. each day. People are asked to tune to 640 or 1240 on their radio dials during that time. Civil Defense staffs of each community are requested to stand ready to carry out instructions given during that i time. The alert is being carried out on a local, state and national basis, .
