", bt Herbson Believes Bear River or Corinne Would Accept Building Adam Herbson, newly elected president of the Chamber of Commerce tackled the knotty problem of providing additional parking space in Youngtown this week as he surveyed the courthouse square as one of several possible sites for a municipal parking area. If we could just get rid of the old courthouse, we could convert the area into a fine parking lot, centrally located and large enough for 106 vehicles, Herbson said. The chamber executive was of the opinion that Corinne or Bear River City could probably be induced to take ' the courthouse , - providing the county would build a new one. If that were done the county would probably donate the real estate to the chamber, he pointed out? ' When asked about the project, County Commissioner Woo Light said simply, "No comment. . S. criminal court was set in Youngtown today when judge of the Youngtown I8th district court found himself not guilty" of an infraction of driving laws. Judge C, B. Ball made the ruling following a swift hearing in his own chambers in the city halL Counselor for the defendant Judge Ball, was his own son. Boner Ball, whose persuasive arguments that driving down the left side of the road is not necessarily illegal, convinced the judge that he was Innocent In his arguments, Counselor Boner Ball referred to previous rulings made by the court of lords in England that driving down the left side of v the road Is legal. The court case grew out of the most recent accident in which Judge Ball was involved at the intersection of Forest and Main streets. Judge Ball had just made a U turn around a pedestrian sign when the accident occured.
