The practice teachers here for a five weeks training period are Don Edvalson, Robert Longhurst, and Stanley Sehank. Edvalson is a graduate of Union High school at Union, Oregon, and has served as a missionary in Sweden. Longhurst from Woodruff, Utah, graduated from South Rich High school, and has lived on a 150 acre farm in that area. Sehank is from Fallon, Nevada, and graduated from Churchill County High school. He has lived on a 50 cow dairy farm in Nevada. These practice teachers have spent the fiist week observing, the following weeks will be in supervised teaching, home visits, young farmer, and adult farmer training. While at college, the three Elder trainees examined Box record books and State Farmer applications, and found them excellent.
