Garry Worwood, son of Mr. and Mrs. Garry V. Worwood, Harper, has received the Arrow of Light award in cub scouting. The Arrow of Light, the highest award given in Cub scout-tinis the only cub award transferred to the Boy scout uniform. Garry is a member of Pack 107 sponsored by Harper ward. Charges pending in sex assault A Brigham City boy is being held in the Moweda detention center, Roy, pending filing of formal charges in connection with the sexual asd sault of a girl. Brigham City Police say. The boy was arrested by Brigham City Police Wednesthree-year-ol- day after the girls parents complained that he had sexually assaulted her.
