Box Elder countys Headstart program is included in the Northern Utah area. Mrs. Noble received her B.S. degree from Utah State University in child development - elementary education. She graduated magna cum laude and outstanding student from the college of family life. She is a member of the National Honorary society, Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Lambda Delta. Mrs. Noble has worked in CAP at the Central Utah Research Development association (CURDA) in Richfield, Utah and has a background in Community Action programs, philosophy and problems related to disadvantaged citizens. Unanimous Approval The screening committee and board expressed their unanimous approval of this appointment. The director is the wife of Kenneth Noble, owner and manager of Kens Tire service in Logan and the Nobles along with their three children reside at 97 North Second East in Hyrum. Mrs. Noble will replace Sandra Williamson who has directed the Head Start program for the past year. Mrs. Williamson will accompany her husband in seeking employment out of the state.
