This experience is offered as a course called Office, and the girls are graded on their work by the Janice high school secretary, Olsen. Every hour there are different jobs that must be done and the girls registered for each particular hour learn to do the job Some of the many efficiently. and dictation jobs include: the distributing transcribing, mail, collecting, absentee slips, mimeographing, typing, stenciling, answering the phone, taking messages to the students, posting notices on the bulletin and informing board, filing, teachers of important messages.
