He was born at Willard, a son of Joseph G. and Nellie Cottam Toombs, on Nov. 2, 1908. A member of the LDS church, he served a mission to the British Isles from 1928 to 1930. He was a former manager of the Hotel Utah Coffee shop but more recently was a civil service employee at Hill Air Force Base. He married Gladys Morten-son- , Bear. River City, on January 1939 at Los Angeles, Calif. He is survived by his wife, two sons, Richard and Roger, all of Salt Lake City; his parents; one brother and two sisters, Mrs. Douglas (Cora) Quayle, Perry; Promontory; Wayne Toombs, and Mrs. Edward L. (Lois) Thor-steFairbanks, Alaska. Funeral services will be conducted at the Larkin Mortuary, 2(10 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, at 12 noon, Friday. Friends may call at the mortuary from 6 to 8 p. m. Thursday and Friday morning until time of services. Services Held Model UN Assembly For Perry Man Slated April 1 Monday, p.m. Funeral services were conducted Monday at 1 p. m. in the Perry ward chapel for Raymond Harold Hansen, 70, of Perry, who died Thursday night in the Cooley Memorial hospital after a years illness. Mr. Hansen was a High Priest in ' the Perry ward. He had served as a counselor in. ,the Sunday school, as ward teacher of supervisor, and Instructor the teachers quorum. He had been a member of the Perry Town Board. He was born Oct. 9, 1886, in Brigham City, a son of Harold F. and Marie Christensen Han-.seHe was reared in . Rockland Idaho and at Perry. i On Dec. 7, 1911, he married Hannah Hendrickson. They later received their endowments in the Logan LDS temple. Surviving are his widow, two sons, Clarence R. Hansen and Ronald E. Hansen of Perry; seven grandchildren; four brothers and sisters, Mrs. Venna H, Bentley and Mrs. Mabel Holland of Brigham City; Equilla F. Hansen and . Mrsv Pearl, Westaway of Ogden. , Bishop Martella Nelson conducted the funeral services. Burial was in the Brigham City cemetery. n.
