They have three daughters. Mrs. Ellen Dell Bieler, Field Staff Consurant of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers Board of Managers, is to be guest speaker at the Fourth Regional conference, Utah Congress of PTA, to be held Sept. 10 at Smithfield. Meetings will be held in the Junior High school, 80 West Center. Registration by councils will begin at 8.30 p. m. with North Box Elder council in charge. As field worker for the National Congiess of Parents and Teachers, Mrs. Bieler has traveled thousands of miles all across the country and shared the plans and problems of many thousands of PTA workers in state congresses, districts, council, and local units. Her interest in the PTA dates back to the days when her two daughters, now college grad-utes- , were in elementary school. Both as parent and as teacher, Mrs. Bieler has participated actively in the program of her parent-teache- r as association, chairman ot various committees and as PTA president.
