Roosevelt, former United States representative to the United Nations, present chairman of the board of governors of the American Association for the United Nations and one of Americas most prominent women. She will address the assembly at 9:30 a. m. on Friday. All 76 member nations of the U. N. will be represented by Utah high schools.
