Chrisn tensen, 544 South Eighth' West, Brigham City, returned to Long Beach, Calif., on March 31, aboard the Picific Fleet heavy cruiser, USS Toledo, after comcruise in pleting a three-montthe Far East. . The Toledo participated in an exercise at amphibious Iwo Jima in February on the eleventh, anniversary of the landing of that island during World War II. The landing was the largest amphibious exercise to be held in the Pacific since the end of conflict. CLEVELAND, O. (UP) The General Electric company announced that approximately electric lamps have been produced in the United States since Thomas Edison invented the bulb 76 years ago. The firm predicted that the same number of light bulbs will be produced in the next 15 years.
