It will save the taxpayers millions. Present stale institutions must be enlarged, remodeled and renovated end in some cases, probably rebuilt. The only alternative is to acquire Bushnell and utilize it's modern facilities and equipment. It wiil be the best dollar Utah ever spent but they can't touch it unless you, and the ether voters in the state, say, YES to Constitutional Amendment No. 8.
