MANY TALENTS Shortly after moving to Layton last fall, Arlene Jewkes walked into a craft shop in Layton where the conversation centered on dip and drape, a popular form of craft work. She saw samples of the hobby and began lessons almost immediately. Since then, she has also developed an interest in tole painting and is currently taking lessons in that area THE TALENTED lady created a variety of pieces using different techniques. ceramic elephant, has very realistic grey wrinkled skin because of using tissues in the process. Mrs. Jewkes enjoys her hobbies and as a result, most of her relatives receive handmade gifts. Jean Page Gains Award A West Point resident has received $100 at HAFB for improving purchase request procedures. CITED WAS T. Jean Page, a procurement clerk in the Directorate of Procurement and Production. Mrs. Page and her husband Wendell have one child. Mr. Page is a son of Mrs. Ray Judd of West Point. Mrs. Page is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Priest of Ogden.
