Many of them are worth more than twice as valuable much as they paid for them. THEIR VALUE has gone because of inflation and because the demand for homes now that the economy is improving and mortgages are easier to obtain, has risen sharply. In many areas they are in short supply because there has been very little construction for several years. Mr. Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. LeConte Stewart of Kaysville, is visiting Utah to a conduct watercolor workshop for the Utah Watercolor Society and recently juried their annual Utah Watercolor Society Exhibit which will be on display at the University of Utah Museum of Fine Arts June 14 through July 10. PERHAPS best known for his watercolor landscapes, Mr. Stewart, who is fluent in the Spanish language, enjoys spending time painting in Spam and Mexico and along the California coastline.
