She will spend the summer in Finland. Miss Miya has just completed her junior year at Davis High School where she has been accorded high scholastic honors. In addition to outstanding scholarship, this comely miss speaks two foreign languages. A native of Syracuse, she attended elementary school here and then North Davis Junior High before going to Davis. Beth An outstanding has captured many honors at both county and state fairs for the beautiful clothing she has made and designed. She left Tuesday at midnight and went by plane to Montreal, Canada. From there she will join other students and go by Holland, ship to Rotterdam, then on to Finland by train. Denmark and Switzerland are other places to visit on her itinSyracuse ... Quail s'jjoo Layton Mrs. Olge Blonda Olsen Quail, 68, 618 Valeria Drive, died Friday evening in a Salt Lake rest home of Parkinsons Disease. She was born September 1896 in Greceville, Minnesota and married John Oscar Quail in November 1920. He died in November 1986.
