Mr. and Mrs., Joshua A. Ashton attended the wedding reception of Mr, and Mrs. Frank Fradshem at Woodruff Saturday evening. They later motored to Evanston, where they visited until Monday evening with members of their family. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Tolman, Syracuse, and Mrs. Ethel Udy of Farmington spent last week visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Jim Udy and family at their home in Pendleton, Oregon. Mrs. Betty S. Paul and small daughter of San Diego, California, are visiting for the next few weens at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Sessions. Mr. and Mrs. Ezra T. Thurgood Syracuse, Mr. and Mrs. Weldron C. Roberts, Layton, Mrs. Olive Roberts, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Isabelle J. Ellison of Ogden drove to Teton, Idaho, last Tuesday to attend the, funeral services of Mrs. Annie Neville. Mr. and Mrs. Thurgood extended their stay until Sunday, visiting in several different parts of .the state with relatives and friends, and also attending the State Fair at Blackfoot, Idaho. Members of the Syracuse Birthday Club enjoyed dinner at the Tropical Hotel in Brigham City Monday afternoon. Those enjoying the day were Mrs. Glen Warren, Mrs. frank Davis, Mrs. Helen S. Willey, Mrs. Jerry Larsen, Mrs. Lester Frew, Mrs. William S. Holt, Mrs. Ralph Walker and Mrs. Zenas W. Jennett. Those having - birthdays this month include Mrs. Holt,' Mrs, Davis and Mrs. Warren.
