This was the joint comment of Forest Service officials Ed Cliff and Uoyd Swift following a recent four-da- y survey of forest lands and adjacent range in the Elk Ridge-Blu- e Mountain section of the Manti-L- a Sal Forest in San Juan county. Both officials are from forest headquarters in Washington, D. C. Mr. Cliff is chief of operation and Mr. Swift is in charge of game management for all National For- ests. The inspection party was made up of Forest Service officials and Utah Department of Fish and Game officials, with Director J.
