A new certification program designed to enable persons with college degrees in majors other than education to become certificated for teaching m the states elementary schools has been announced by Dr. Sam McLaughlin, head of the universitys department of elementary education. Among the large number of liberal arts graduates in Utah with the opening of summer ses- sion.
