Show CARBON CANCER Slight Dctrcaso In College Enrollment Noted In First Vcek GENUINE 54" Enrollments In Carbon countys junior college and senior high school during the first week of school were slightly less than for the corresponding period last year, according to figures reported this week by Dr. Aaron E. Jones, Carbon college president. The senior high school classes, juniors and seniors, and the two classes in the college, freshmen and sophomores, make up the student body at Carbon college. According to the figures , released by Dr. Jones, the college enrollment after the first week of yowijtowi SINK CABINET school 214 totaled stu- full-ti- dents as compared to 240 last year. In addition, some 12 students are classes. Along taking this line, Dr. Jones stated today that the enrollment for the fall quarter will probably come much nearer or may slightly surpass last years opening enrollment within the next week. The high school enrollment has dropped off some, in both the junior and senior classes. Last year, 254 seniors had enrolled during the opening week and this year the number is down to 245. The junior class enrollment is down from 293 last year to 272 for this year.
