Bids must be in prior to the Rich County Commissioners mee- ting September 7, 1983. SCHOOLS START TUESDAY Schools in Rich County delayed opening fron this week to next Tuesday for both North Rich and South Rich Schools, due to the floods this season which hurt hay crops. This delay in starting will allow students to help get hay ready. RICH COUNTY FA JR WINNERS By Judy Floyd Rich County Fair turned in a fine turnout show. The following ladies re- for the 1983 ceived three or more first place premium ribbons for their cooking.
