The reservoir will have a total capacity of 63,204 gallons, and will impound the waters of Black Rock Gulch, a tributary of Virgin River, on the Colorado River watershed. The proposed beneficial use is stockwatering, and the amount of water requested for this use Js 63,204 gallons per annum.
