Show Public Notices J RESOLUTION 83-1- 2 NOTICE OF TRUSTEES SALE The real property described below will be sold at public auction to the A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE COST OF GOLF COURSE SEASON PASSES WHEREAS, due to increased costs of maintenance and operation of the Tooele City Municipal Golf Course, it has become necessary to Increase the cost of season passes at the golf course; and, WHEREAS, this Council deems it necessary in the best Interest of Tooele City to raise the cost of season passes in order to insure proper maintenance and operation of the golf course and thus continue to provide this recreational opportunity for the citizens of this community. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tooele, as follows: 1. that season passes at the Tooele City, Oquirrh Hills Municipal Golf Course be increased as follows: a. Individual - $200.00, b. Couple $290.00, c. Family - $310.00 (Children must be living at home with parents.), d. Senior Citizens $120.00, e. Juniors and Students - $90.00, f. Daily Green Fees - $3.00 for nine holes; $6.00 for eighteen holes, g. Weekend Green Fees $3.50 for nine holes; $7.00 for eighteen holes, h. Daily Green Fees for Junior and Senior Citizens - $2.00 for nine holes; $4.00 for eighteen holes, and 1. Weekend Green Fees for Junior and Senior Citizens $2.50 for nine holes; $5.00 for eighteen holes. 2. That "Junior and "Senior Citizens for purposes of determining that the cost of golf course season passes be defined as follows: a. Juniors 18 years of age and und-- er, and Senior Citizens 62 years of age and older. 3. In order to promote the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Tooele City, this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage, or b. upon the expiration of any season pass heretofore issued.
