The minutes were read by secretary Virginia Weyland and approved liy memlien. The programs for the year were discussed and decided that Oquirrh Hills School would lie our project for the year. The president then introduced Halcyon Robins and Dorothy England who gave an excellent demonstration on food processors. Mrs. Ruliins made a carrot cake and pizza dough and topping for the pizza. She told us it was necessary to have the cheese real cold in order to shred it good. She said she puis hers in the freezer. Dorothy England showed us how to slice and shred various vegetables such as Boutique Specials potatoes, cucumlwrs, cabbage, and mixed a pie dou0i.
