The Grantsville Stake Primary Board presented a beautiful 100 year commemoration program of the organization of the LDS first Primary in Farmington Ward, Utah up to the present time with its various classes that teach children 4 through 12 years of age. Honored this evening were all primary workers who have faithfully served 20, 25 and 30 years that are now working in the wards. From Rush Valley Connie Pierce and Delores Caldwell received 20 year pins, Marie Dymock, 26 years, Jessie Johnson and Ora Caldwell have been in Primary 30 years. Stake Counselor Irene Seaquist paid tribute to President Elsie Ahlstrom and pinned her with a lovely corsage. Displayed following the program were class bandeloes, hats and costumes from years back, old primary song books and whatever showed lessons taught throughout the year. Refreshments topped off a beautiful evening. From the first ward in Grantsville Nancy Dillard, Lois Ferris and Donna Anderson were also redecipients of a 20 year pin for their voted service. $470.
