Show Moss Briefed Jerry ONeal On Chemical Storage at TEAD Is Arl School . Graduate Senator Frank E. Moss said today that at his rea quest, the Army gave him the classified briefing concerning storage of chemical materials at the Tooele Army Depot, Tooele County, Utah. Some of the chemicals now stored at Rocky Mountain Arsenal near Denver, Colorado, are being transferred and will be stored at the Tooele Army Depot. This does not represent a change in the mission of the Depot, which for many years has safely received, stored, and shipped a wide variety of chemical materials. This will not be a major increase in the amount of material that will le stored at the Tooele Army Depot. Senator Moss reviewed with Army officials the procedures for moving these materials as well as the measures for safeguarding the material which will be stored at Tooele Army Depot. All the shipments from Rocky Mountain Arsenal to Tooele Army Depot are being moved by rail. These shipments are escorted by specially trained military personnel and have been routine for many years with careful compliance with ICC regulations, Sena- Mr. Jerry A. ONeal, 190 So. Both problems can be solved with a covering attractively h grille built , of cedar or fir Construclumber. of pieces tion is simple as pie because the grille 'is merely a lid that fits over the raised lip of the window well. For each cover, cut two pieces of 2x2 to match the width of the well, measuring from house wall to the outer edge of the lip. Then cut six pieces of 2x2 for the length of the window well, measuring between its outside edges and adding four inches. Now nail the ends of the long pieces over the shorter 2x2s. The grille will fit like a cover over the window well, with the long 2x2s lying directly on top of the concrete lip and the end pieces embracing the lip on either side. With this hugging design, the grille cant be knocked off. Staple window screening to the underside of the grille. That will catch leaves and other debris. When an amount accumulates, just lift off the grille and dump it. No more clogged window well drains.
