He purchased his candies from the Theater Candy Co., in Salt Lake City, which was also owned by his old employer, Sam Gillette. Mr Gillette wanted to sell Mr. Ablet t the Tooele Bowling Alley and finally made him such a bood deal that "I couldnt refuse. MR. ABLETT bought the alleys in 1955 and from then until 1958 divided his time between the two Bingham businesses and the one in Tooele In 1959, he sold out in Bingham and moved to Tooele and in partnership with Glen Nelson, built the Tooele Bowl at 47 East 2nd North, which is preMr. sently being remodeled.
