Show The Tooele Transcript Scouters Attend Camp Hunt Scouts and their leaders of Troop 156, Tod Park enjoyed a busy week full of activities at Camp Hunt on Bear Lake where they shared the camp site with Troop 167, Grantsville, and Don IS S .Bela Miom Major Searle 10, 1962 North Scoutmaster. One hour of each day was spent doing calisthenics as a part of the physical fitness program that is being encouraged by President Kennedy. EACH TROOP AT camp had to prepare and cook its own meal twice a day. Troop Sea Rescue Boating, canoeing, swimming, water skiing and fishing, were available at camp. Troop 156 received a miniature trophy in the form of a polished piece of birch grown in the camping area for catching the largest fish in camp, a 2D incher. SCOUT LYNN ALLIE was tapped out of the troop to qualify for the Order of the Arrow while at camp. During the entire time there he was not permitted to speak to anyone but had to perform all the tasks assigned to him, which was a stern test of discipline. Scouts of Troop 156 who attended summer camp were Marvin Ailie, Larry Peterson, Spencer Cahoon, Lynn Ailie, David Johnston, Tommy Johnston, Kit Steve Bullis and Carl They were under the guidance of Scoutmaster, Charles Petersen and assistant Scoutmaster, Lt.
