A dozen concerned prop- sec- ondary water will accompany each building lot and be dedicated to it before a home is built. The fee needs to be noticed on the permit, said Quinton Kay, council member. He said that a dollar was charged for every property description, a required fee paid to the county recorders erty owners met with the Nephi City Council to find out why a road to be built and constructed in a subdivision is actually not being taken from the subdivision. All of the road, according to stakes placed on their private property, appears to be their own private road and their nor the developer about the proposal. I brought the property tax form with me to show that I still pay taxes on the road, said Malquist. In addition, he said, the did not think the property developers should be allowed to take the road and extra property without, at least, notifying the current property owners and, at most, paying recompense for the taking. We own the deed to the lane, said Malquist. He said the family was still contacted for 36-fo- right-of-wa- y permission when the road was disrupted. Further, he said, the road was not in good repair and the city did not take care of it. Paving was done many It seemed to him, said Malquist, that the logical thing to do would be to make the road the same width as the rest of 300 South. To do that, the LudlowAVhite prop- erty should contribute enough of the proposed subdivision to make the roadway straight. Instead, said Malquist, the stakes placed on properties by the Ludlow Engineering firm was within of the front steps of one of the existing homes located on the lane. Exit 225 Nephi, Utah (435) 623-999- want my own personal dragon I just read the book Eragon by Christopher Paolini and want my own personal dragon. How cool would it be to fly around on one! This book is thrilling, exciting, mysterious, and unfortunately leaves you hanging at the end, but it is the first book in the Inheritance Trilogy so I can continue the tale (just as soon as the author is done writing it). What I liked about this book was the fact that it reads like a Harry Potter book. Fast and not to technical. My brain didnt have to chug into overdrive to understand the concepts. Heres a peek into what the book entails: dwarves, elves, dragons, monsters, mystery, fortune-tellinevil dngs, secrets, and a bunch of fascinating characters woven into an intriguing tale of a boy who finds a dragon egg. I wont tell you any more than that. Go and see for yourself. Available at your local library or bookstore. |
