Preliminary plats were approved for the Birch Creek and Nortonville subdivisions. They are located south of Mona off of Highway 91, near the development of Troy Rindlisbacher. The contractors involved are Jim McWil- hams and Paul McPherson. Joe Bernini, Bill Riley, and Ixlay Alhnson approached mix-up- the commissioners if they could provide some money for Little League. Again, the commissioners asked for a plan of what the council had in nnnd. Eureka council members asked that the commissioners apply for a grader for the Juab Special Services Fire District to help with a fire break around the town. Mark Sud weeks, operator of the youth program at the Whitmore Mansion, asked if his students could do maintenance work at the fairgrounds or around town the county commissioners in exchange for a fee waiver to use the riding arena.
