From Kindergarten, Nephi Elementary held a Hero Hunt Assembly on Wednesday, April 16. They were looking for determined, respectful people who sacrificed for others. Holly Buck from the Governors Office brought this assembly to the 1st place was given to Rachel Robinson, 2nd to Austin Dopp, and 3rd place to Baylee Hansen. First grade winners were Kady Lunt 1st, Kandace Knapp 2nd, James Biesinger 3rd, and Jack Robins 4th. Second grade winners includ NESs search for heroes was amply rewarded. Prisbrey was honored as a real hero at our school. She was a teacher assistant for many years. After she retired, she continued to come and help with music for third and fourth grade. LouOna has played the piano at many weddings and funerals, and accompanied countless school and community programs. She has always gone the extra mile, and has been generous with her time and many talents. Mrs. Prisbrey has always served with a smile.
