Pay, 52, Tuesday, 21st February James William Pay, age 52, passed away February 17, 1995, at his home in Nephi. He was bom June 21, 1942, in Santaquin to William Fowkes and Virleen Smith Pay. He married Joyce Swasey January 22, 1966, in Mona. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She died January 5, 1993.
