Rayni Park was crowned this years FFA Sweetheart in a contest held in September. Rayni is the daughter of Ed and Pam Park of Nephi. The new royalty will reign over the FFA Week activities which will take place in February. Ryan Miller and Tiffany Taylor were named Mr. and Miss Spirit in a contest sponsored by the Mt. Nebo FFA during Homecoming Week. The contestants competed in 5 contests, which included: the Jell-- 0 throw, for accuracy; the gumball spit, for distance; eat a pickle and a Twinkie, and drink a soda, for time; the boys decorated the girls faces with whipped cream and candy; and the girls fed chocolate pie to the boys. The contestants were given points for how they placed in each contest. Each class voted for a girl and a boy to represent them in the contest. The contestants were: Ryan Miller and Kami Heyborne, Seniors; Tiffany Taylor and Raymond Newton, Juniors; Colby Carter and Candace Jackman, Sopho- mores; and Shannon Worthington and Layne Pauly, Freshmen. Ryan is the son of Harlo and Karen Newton of Mona, and Conrad and Stacey Miller of Salina. Tiffany is the daughter of Connie Dubinsky of Levan. The winners received plaques donated bv the Mt.
